We are seeking a Counselling Tutor for the Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling to support and guide students throughout their two-year taught element of their training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging and accessible curriculum content.
- Collaborating with colleagues.
- Using online and IT tools.
- Creating interactive learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Building strong, supportive relationships with students.
- Effectively managing both in-person and online teaching (OPT) modalities.
- Facilitating group dynamics with empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
- Assessing student work and providing constructive and inclusive feedback.
- Organising tutorials and maintaining accurate records.
