Technical Adoption Architects are core to our Customer Value team and work cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers from early proof of value through activation and adoption.
We are currently only considering candidates based out of London. As this is a hybrid role, office attendance is required at least twice a week for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Partner with Account teams and Adoption Strategists to drive customer adoption from pre-sales requirements gathering and early proof-of-value motions through strategic roadmapping, phased implementation, and successful activation.
- Validate product and solution fit, customer risks, and success measures, and translate those inputs into a practical path to value.
- Design and build customers' contracting processes in Ironclad translating solution design into configured workflows, templates, and integrations that set them up to own and expand the platform over time.
- Apply strong platform architecture and technical solution-design judgment, including recommendations about integrations, sequencing, maintainability, and long-term extensibility.
- Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end, determining the right technical solution approach and phased scope based on customer goals, critical requirements, and what matters most to both the buy decision and downstream adoption success.
- Provide expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformation, act as a strategic advisor, helping customers navigate safe and effective integration of AI throughout the entire contracting lifecycle.
- Act as a trusted thought partner and advisor to customers - building relationships, navigating complex problem-solving, resetting expectations in challenging conversations, and identifying high-value opportunities to scale their use of Ironclad.
- Lead executive-level demos, workshops, and enablement sessions, articulating clear value and recommendations with tradeoffs.
- Serve as the voice of the customer inside Ironclad, feeding insights from customer engagements and direct product expertise regularly to our Product team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally - with Account Team, Adoption Strategists, Enterprise Architects, Forward Deployed Engineering, Legal AI Specialists, Support, and Success - to guide customers across the full journey and support their success.

How to prepare for a job interview at Ironclad
✨Brush Up on Your Coding Skills
For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.
✨Know Your Tools and Frameworks
Make sure we’re well-acquainted with the tools and technologies listed in the job description. Familiarise ourselves with any specific frameworks or programming languages mentioned. If Ironclad uses React or Node.js, for instance, be ready to discuss how we’ve used them in previous projects or coursework.

While technical skills are key, full-time positions also require cultural fit. Be ready to discuss our previous experiences and how we handle teamwork, conflict, and deadlines.
