This is a hybrid role. Office attendance is required at least twice a week in Moorgate on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in‐office days for team or company events. Candidates must have the unrestricted right to work in the United Kingdom.

As the first dedicated GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Outcomes) and G&A (Finance, Legal, and People Operations) Recruiter in London, you will be instrumental in building and scaling our London office. This position grants you significant influence and autonomy in defining our EMEA talent acquisition strategy. This is a high‐impact, hands‐on role where you will own full‐cycle recruiting and establish repeatable, data‐driven processes to support our rapid growth across EMEA. You will be the primary voice communicating the Ironclad story and value proposition, guiding candidates through a seamless, relationship‐driven hiring process. Success requires being highly driven, exercising a high sense of agency, and developing lasting partnerships with both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities
  • Own the recruitment process for GTM and G&A roles, including sourcing, screening, offer management and onboarding handover.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, compensation guidance, and hiring timelines; consult on interviewing and hiring decisions.
  • Conduct talent mapping, competitive intelligence research, and help build and evolve our long‐term candidate engagement strategies maintaining ongoing contact with a broad talent community of prospects for future consideration in existing and/or new markets.
  • Partner with hiring managers and interviewers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, maintaining a high‐touch and personalized process for all candidates.
  • Leverage recruitment data and metrics to enhance the hiring process, recognize patterns, and make well‐informed decisions.
  • Create and scale recruitment processes, interview guides, scorecards and offer templates for consistency and fairness.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, utilizing competitive intelligence and market trends to define and drive the EMEA recruitment strategy.
  • Proactively anticipate hiring challenges and mitigate associated risks to ensure continuity and successful target delivery.
  • Partner with and manage external agencies and search firms as needed while ensuring candidate quality, consistent candidate experience, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years full cycle in‐house recruiting experience, in B2B software as a service.
  • Deep experience with GTM recruiting specifically in the UK, along with recruiting knowledge across Europe including DACH and Benelux.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver a high‐touch, exceptional client and candidate experience.
  • Superior negotiation and closing skills, with a high degree of comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to inform recruitment strategies and quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Proficiency working in Ashby is preferred, but not required.
