Ironclad is the leading AI contracting platform that transforms agreements into assets. Contracts move faster, insights surface instantly, and agents push work forward, all with you in control. Whether you’re buying or selling, Ironclad unifies the entire process on one intelligent platform, providing leaders with the visibility they need to stay one step ahead. That’s why the world’s most transformative organizations, from Rivian to the World Health Organization and the Associated Press, trust Ironclad to accelerate their business.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll own a territory of high-potential enterprise accounts and run full-cycle, complex SaaS deals. You’ll be responsible for new business, orchestrating multi-stakeholder evaluations and partnering closely with Solution Engineering, Marketing, SDRs, and our ecosystem of partners to win the most strategic deals in the region.

You’ll help define how Ironclad wins in the UK and Europe — shaping territory strategy, partner plays, and vertical motions as we scale. This role is highly visible and directly tied to Ironclad’s ambitious ARR goals for FY27 and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own a high-potential Enterprise territory (2,000–25,000 employees) with full accountability for new logo acquisition against a meaningful quota.
  • Run full-cycle, multi-threaded deals: prospect, qualify, run deep discovery, design and orchestrate evaluations, negotiate, and close complex SaaS agreements involving Legal, Procurement, IT, Sales, Finance, and executive sponsors.
  • Position Ironclad as a strategic platform, not a point solution — tying our AI-powered CLM and Clickwrap capabilities to measurable outcomes in revenue acceleration, risk reduction, and operational efficiency for global enterprises.
  • Partner closely with Solution Engineers to design tailored demos, sandbox environments, and POCs that mirror real-world contract workflows and tech stacks.
  • Leverage alliances and partners (implementation partners, GSIs, advisory firms) to source and accelerate pipeline, co-sell, and increase win rates across EMEA.
  • Build and manage a data-driven pipeline, using segmentation and insights in Salesforce to prioritize where you can have the biggest impact — and forecast with discipline, diligence, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Outcomes, Product, and Partnerships to refine our go-to-market approach for enterprise EMEA customers.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, bringing insights from the region back into our product roadmap, AI capabilities, and positioning so we continue to lead the market.

What You Bring:

  • 4–7 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding annual targets.
  • Proven success selling into Enterprise accounts (2,000–25,000 employees) and managing 6–12 month, multi-stakeholder deal cycles involving C-Suite leadership and executives spanning across Sales, Procurement, Legal, and IT.
  • Strong command of a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger, value-based selling) and the ability to drive disciplined, strategic deal execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate your own pipeline through outbound prospecting, partners, and marketing programs.
  • Exceptional inbound qualification - the demand for Ironclad internationally is immense, but you will need to prioritise your energy effectively in order to have the biggest impact on pipeline generation and revenue.
  • Experience with CLM, legal tech, or adjacent enterprise SaaS is a strong plus, but not required.
  • Comfort selling a platform with multiple use cases across departments, not just a single-feature tool.
  • Excellent Salesforce hygiene and ability to use data to manage your book, prioritise accounts, and forecast accurately.
  • High drive, intent, integrity, and empathy — you embody Ironclad’s core values, operate with an ownership mindset, and care deeply about your customers and teammates.

If you’re energized by closing complex enterprise deals, shaping a high-growth region, and selling a category-leading AI product to some of the most exciting customers in EMEA, we’d love to talk.
