The Role – Your Earnings, Your Drive:

You will be the frontline of our growth, proactively contacting event planners, venue managers, and business owners to secure lucrative security bookings and long-term contracts. - Contract Security Bonus: Receive a significantly higher commission rate + a lucrative upfront bonus for securing retained weekly/monthly contracts (nightclubs, bars, corporate buildings). These contracts earn you ongoing residual income.

- Negotiate and close deals for both single events and high-value long-term security contracts.
- Manage and drive your own sales pipeline using our simple CRM.
What We\'re Looking For:
- A proven closer with a hunger to earn based solely on results.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and resilience. You don\'t fear rejection; you see it as a step towards a \'yes\'.
- Self-motivation and a relentless drive to hunt for new business.
- Ability to understand and sell service-based solutions.
- Previous experience in commission-based sales, telesales, or B2B services is a strong advantage.
