The mission: Advance Nuclear Consultation, Command, and Control (C3) through requirements definition, concepts and experimentation, and dependencies/interoperability verification that enable commanders to plan, task, execute, and assess operations.
What you’ll do:
- Lead or support Nuclear C3 requirements, CONOPS, architectures, trials/experiments, and interoperability assessments across Allies, Partners, and NATO bodies.
- Produce deliverables under Task Orders in VANGARD’s Just-in-Time (JIT), deliverables-based model; iterate quickly with stakeholder feedback.
- Prepare executive-level briefs and documentation; coordinate with ACO, NCI Agency, and multinational stakeholders.

We’re hiring Senior, Expert, and Junior performers aligned to Annex E performance levels for project management of deliverables.
Minimum qualifications (per IFIB requirements):
- Citizenship: Must be a citizen of a NATO member nation.
- Language: English proficiency at STANAG 6001 SLP 3333 (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing) or equivalent.
- Clearance: Active final NATO or National SECRET (or higher).
- Passport: Valid NATO-nation passport with no travel restrictions to NATO nations.
