The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Responsibilities include the follow-up and support of Laptop/Desktop and mobile telephony, stock and asset management, and providing 2nd line IT support for all internal departments. Coordinate with Client Tech Support to ensure all warranty-related tasks are managed. Provide guidance, assistance, and follow-up on client questions, problems, or troubleshooting (hardware and software). Install and configure PCs and peripherals on request. Maintain and improve customer service and availability. Develop and maintain documentation for all in-scope support-related subjects and produce reports as required. Involve in UAT for any new solution related to Desktop Engineering.

Skill Required: Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in PC and/or mobile telephony support. Good knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10, 11).
