What you'll bring:
- 4+ years in Data Center/IT Infrastructure operations
- Experience leading small teams (2-3 engineers)
- Strong server & network hardware troubleshooting skills
- Structured cabling, fiber & rack deployment expertise
- Knowledge of Routers, Switches, Firewalls & load balancers
- Experience with MMR, MDF/IDF, cages & shared DC environments
- Basic WAN/LAN, cloud & OS upgrade knowledge
- Incident management & stakeholder communication skills
- Flexible for travel, emergency support & after-hours work
Additional requirements:
- Own laptop, hotspot & PPE; comfortable supporting installations and migrations, including working on ladders and scissor lifts.
