Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 4+ years in Data Center/IT Infrastructure operations
  • Experience leading small teams (2-3 engineers)
  • Strong server & network hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Structured cabling, fiber & rack deployment expertise
  • Knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls & load balancers
  • Experience with MMR, MDF/IDF, cages & shared DC environments
  • Basic WAN/LAN, cloud & OS upgrade knowledge
  • Incident management & stakeholder communication skills
  • Flexible for travel, emergency support & after-hours work
  • Own laptop, hotspot & PPE; comfortable supporting installations and migrations, including working on ladders and scissor lifts.
