In this role, you will play a crucial role in the secure and efficient management of client records. This position combines specialised VNA operation with general warehouse duties, ensuring the precise handling, storage, and retrieval of sensitive documents within a secure environment. Your Role In Our Mission
- Operate VNA trucks to safely move and store client records and assets with accuracy and precision.
- Perform timely and accurate loading, unloading, and retrieval of documents and pallets according to specified requests and security protocols.
- Utilize data loggers (scanners) to track and assign barcodes, ensuring all processes strictly adhere to company policies and instructions.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and reporting any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions.
- Contribute to general warehouse operations as needed, including maintaining a clean and efficient workspace and meeting departmental KPIs.
