Iron Mountain are currently looking for 1 Logistics Van Driver/ALM warehouse operations to join our team in White Hart Triangle. The role involves driving a company vehicle (Transit Van or similar) on scheduled routes to deliver and collect client data and assets in accordance with customer requirements. Deliveries and collections are made to and from secure sites and client premises. Additionally, the role involves working in the warehouse supporting ALM-related jobs.
Key responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading of client data/assets from our vehicles at our depot safely and accurately.
- Manually lifting / carrying client data/assets from our vehicles to customers’ specified storage locations.
- Process scanning and manage orders of IT Assets within the SMS.
- Ensuring complete data security and protection at all times whilst in your possession.
- Providing a high level of customer service to all Iron Mountain customers and clients.
What We Require:
- Experience as a Van Driver and a clean UK driving licence.
- The ability to interact face to face with customers.
- The ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
- The ability to work with Google/Excel sheets.
- Be confident in using computers (full training on our systems will be given).
