Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing inventory management team, overseeing customer stock takes, audits, and implementing a standardized audit program across UK sites.
- Develop and manage detailed reports and trend analysis utilizing Root Cause and Corrective Action principles to provide actionable insights for operational decision-making.
- Collaborate with operations, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure Warehouse Management System (WMS) accuracy, maintain service level agreements (SLAs), and support customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with specific regulatory body standards, client requirements, and internal audit governance policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience highly desirable.
- Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills to quickly assess raw data, establish conclusions, and create impactful reports.
- Proven ability in leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and foster a positive team culture.
