Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced HR M&A Deal Lead to join our Global HR M&A team.
This role is critical in supporting Iron Mountain's strategic growth as a serial acquirer, ensuring seamless people and talent integration across multiple corporate transactions.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the HR workstream for M&A due diligence and integration planning/execution, primarily across EMEA-based deals, and serving as the strategic partner to business leaders and deal teams.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will: Lead and manage all HR- and people-related aspects of M&A and other corporate transactions, ensuring deal team objectives and timelines are met.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Co Es), Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal teams to develop optimal HR solutions and deliver positive deal outcomes.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, organizational standards, and policies by identifying, scoping, and managing people issues during due diligence and implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies during integration.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)The ideal candidate will have: Demonstrable experience leading HR M&A deals in a corporate or consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of the M&A deal lifecycle, deal process dynamics, and HR M&A fundamentals.
Proven ability in developing strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining effective communication channels, and building trust in a globally matrixed organization.
Technical expertise in at least one of the following areas: organization design/global job architecture, HR operations & technology (Workday/Strada), or global benefits.
