Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and creative Social Media and E-Commerce Associate to join our IT Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) team. The role involves end-to-end creation of visual content and execution of social media advertising campaigns to drive growth across the EU and US markets. The position reports to the Director of ALM Marketing and has dotted‑line reporting to the E‑commerce Marketing Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Execute multi‑channel content creation: design high‑quality visual assets—including homepage banners, promotional graphics, and short‑form videos—using Canva and CapCut to engage audiences across social media platforms.
- Manage global social ecosystems: own and maintain the social media content calendar, schedule and publish organic posts, and monitor platform trends to maintain a market‑leading presence.
- Optimize paid media performance: set up and manage advertising campaigns, actively adjust budgets, audience targeting, and creative assets to maximise return on investment (ROI).
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a marketing or content creation internship, with a demonstrated ability to create and edit visual content (images and short‑form video).
- Hands‑on experience using Canva and CapCut templates for content editing, as well as familiarity with Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Manager.
- Proven ability to maintain a social media content calendar and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve marketing outcomes.
