Iron Mountain is hiring a strategic and data-driven campaign strategist to develop and lead multi-channel campaigns that drive significant business outcomes for our digital products. You will work within the newly established Global Campaigns function, building brand awareness, consideration, and demand on a global scale.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
- Lead Global Campaign Strategy: Translate business goals into comprehensive “always-on” campaign strategies, developing globally relevant themes and creative concepts that can be localized for regional markets.
- Manage the Customer Journey: Collaborate with Product Marketing and external agencies to map the end-to-end customer experience, creating multi-medium content strategies that engage buyers at every touchpoint.
- Optimize Performance through Analytics: Partner with internal channel owners and Marketing Analytics to build data-informed plans, measuring campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI and refine future executions.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Experience)
- Numerous years of experience in SaaS B2B campaign strategy and management.
- Strong knowledge of integrated demand generation, digital marketing channels (including paid media), and global-to-local campaign adaptation.
- Proven ability in data literacy and analytical problem-solving, with a track record of using insights to optimize ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional work experience.
