Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Bid Coordinator to join our Warehousing & Logistics (W&L) team. This role is pivotal in driving the success of our sales and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing a range of activities, such as campaign management, market and target customer research, content creation, and data/insight gathering.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Coordinate and prepare high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, tenders, and customer proposals, managing timelines and approvals to ensure all submissions are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
  • Support the sales team with the creation of sales materials, presentations, and commercial documentation.
  • Conduct desktop research to support sales opportunities, understand market trends, and compile insights to inform bid strategies and commercial decision-making.
  • Ensure all sales and bid activities adhere to internal governance processes and compliance requirements.
  • Track and report on key sales performance metrics to support forecasting and strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

  • Commercial experience in sales and bid coordination or a project coordination role.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, LinkedIn, and other sales and marketing software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with great attention to detail.
  • Marketing or business related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities to convey ideas clearly and professionally.
