Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and proactive Regional Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE) Manager - Warehouse & Logistics to join our Global Safety, Risk and Security (GSRS) team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing health, safety, quality, and environmental programs across warehouse and logistics operations within assigned countries. You will emphasize operational execution, ensuring the secure movement, storage, and handling of assets while overseeing third-party guarding services across assigned facilities.
You will join a collaborative and high-performing Global Safety, Risk and Security (GSRS) team dedicated to driving a strong safety culture and maintaining operational resilience across all regions.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement operational protocols: Conduct site-based risk assessments across facilities, logistics nodes, and transportation networks to establish strategies, standard operating procedures, and safety protocols tailored to warehousing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Partner with site operations, transportation leads, external vendors, and global real estate to manage incident response, perform root-cause investigations, and enhance physical and technological health and safety infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards: Direct ongoing monitoring, key performance indicator reporting, and auditing to ensure full alignment with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and core international management standards.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5+ years of experience in health, safety, quality, and environment management within a logistics, warehousing, or operational risk environment.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation across countries in the assigned remit, including International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and Construction Design and Management (CDM) requirements.
- Proven ability in leading incident management investigations, conducting root-cause analysis, and driving health, safety, quality, and environment culture across multi-site operational environments.
- Professional health and safety certification, such as a National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) General Certificate (or equivalent), along with a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
