Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our Digital Solutions team. As a DS Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Scanning Centre. You will partner with the DS Supervisor to plan, administer, monitor, and optimise operational performance, ensuring seamless daily operations in Scanning, Indexing, Records Management, and Storage.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategically manage the Scanning Centre in compliance with the company's policies and vision.
- Oversee digitisation, receiving, warehousing, distribution and operations.
- Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all digitisation, warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
- Plan work rotas, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
- Train, coach and motivate the DS team.
- Produce reports and statistics regularly.
- Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
- Add value to IM Customers with Continuous Improvement.
