Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced General Manager to join our Warehouse and Logistics team in Rugby. In this role, you will be responsible for managing service delivery, cost management, revenue enablement, and people leadership across key operations for a major retail customer, with mandatory experience managing 24/7 retail operations.

What You'll Do

  • Drive operational performance and financial management: Manage annual operating budgets, control resource costs, and use KPIs to analyse service delivery, improve performance, and maintain accountability.
  • Lead high-performing teams and stakeholder relationships: Interface directly with customers, maintain high-quality client relationships, and lead selection, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Ensure safety, facility, and operational compliance: Oversee facility management to corporate standards, ensure proper system usage across teams, and prioritise colleague, visitor, and client health and safety.
