Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Operations Group team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate daily operations, maintaining high standards of productivity and inventory accuracy while seamlessly managing inbound and outbound activities in a collaborative working environment.
What You’ll Do
- Supervise, coach, and support warehouse personnel by preparing shift plans, allocating tasks, and overseeing daily warehouse operations to meet productivity and quality goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and transport providers to act as the primary liaison, managing customer escalations and creating handover reports.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations by conducting daily safety checks, managing weekly system tests for fire alarms, and leading incident investigations.
What You’ll Bring
- Intermediate-level experience with established skills in effectively managing and motivating fast‑paced warehouse teams.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control processes, Key Performance Indicators, and health and safety regulations.
- Proven ability in organizational multitasking, problem‑solving, and exercising sound judgment under moderate supervision.
- Demonstrated competency and training in using warehouse management systems, planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
