Iron Mountain is seeking a Warehouse Flow Planner to join our Warehousing and Logistics (W+L) team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating high-level volume forecasts into actionable operational plans while auditing, reconciling, and matching headcount data across multi-system platforms and agency billing files. Serving as the central coordinator, you will balance floor demand against staffing, eliminate system variances, and ensure accurate payroll processing and labor law compliance.

What You'll Do

  • Lead demand integration and labor management by translating volume forecasts into daily plans, calculating staffing levels, and auditing cross-system data across three separate Time & Attendance (T+A) platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations Managers, HR, and external vendors to dynamically reallocate labor on the shift, resolve billing disputes, and optimize the overall rate at which volume is processed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal audit controls, and facility KPIs while verifying agency invoices, executing payroll processing, and maintaining accurate data integrity.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operational logic, Time & Attendance (T+A) systems, and internal audit control frameworks.
  • Proven ability in variance reporting, advanced data analytics (including Excel, data modeling, or BI tools), and complex problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships and resolve discrepancies in a fast-moving environment.

What We Offer (Benefits)

  • Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with your experience.
  • Generous paid time off and holidays to support your personal time.
  • Flexible work options to support a healthy work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.
