Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our Warehousing and Logistics (W+L) team. In this role, you will be responsible for directing large-scale fulfillment operations, driving commercial P&L performance, and establishing strategic continuous improvement initiatives. You will align site capabilities with global corporate objectives while serving as a senior liaison for high-value client accounts.
What You'll DoIn this role, you will:
- Lead total site execution and financial performance by managing commercial P&L contracts, setting multi-department operational strategies, and executing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce overhead.
- Collaborate with Operations Managers, executive leadership, business development to drive workforce succession planning, support new contract integration, and build high-performing organizational cultures.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, international environmental standards, and corporate safety policies by serving as the primary lead for external regulatory reviews and internal governance audits.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Commercial experience in warehouse management and site leadership, preferably within a large-scale 3PL, high-volume e-commerce fulfillment, or commercial logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of complex warehouse management systems (WMS), advanced inventory control frameworks, commercial P&L management, and comprehensive logistics safety regulations.
- Proven ability in macro-level strategic planning, senior stakeholder management, and metric-driven leadership to manage diverse operations under volatile market demands.
