Iron Mountain is looking for a dedicated QHSWE Advisor to join our team at the Nucleus Site (an NDA licensed site). This role is essential in ensuring compliance with regulations, fostering a strong QHSWE culture, and driving continuous improvement across all operations.

Your role in our mission
Support the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with BS EN ISO standards.
Provide expert guidance on health & safety matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and support investigations of incidents to drive safety improvements.
Promote a positive work environment, supporting employee welfare initiatives.
Assist in managing waste disposal and recycling programs in line with environmental targets.
Deliver health & safety training and ensure ongoing compliance with site procedures.
Valued skills and experience
Experience working with BS EN ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 management systems.
Previous experience in an advisory role within QHSWE fields.
Strong understanding of legislation and regulatory compliance.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in IT platforms, such as Microsoft Office.
