Job summary

A PMO and Contract Management post graduate role with Iron Mountain combines the skills of a Project Management Office (PMO) with contract management expertise, providing a comprehensive approach to project delivery and contractual obligations within the CPA2 contract. The role will support database analysis for all three operational sites (Hinton, Hensingham and Wick) and work with key stakeholders for accuracy. The role will maintain the reporting capability across the Programme using Power BI and review any opportunities identified through continuous improvement. The role is designed to be involved in supporting project work and teams, with a focus on both the technical aspects of project management and the legal and financial elements of contracts.

Your role in our mission:

  • Maintain health and safety within the working environment, and report any Information Security, Environmental, Health, Safety or Quality incidents. Following required security procedures for each site.
  • Maintain programme and project reporting in line with contractual commitments and develop appropriate reports as required via the PMO Playbook.
  • Work closely with the PMO team and key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Report on operational teams and progress against SLA's through Power BI and review improvements required with operational team members.
  • Assist in the Programme Manager and Project Managers of the programme plan to ensure alignment across sites with consistent and timely delivery of project activities via project assurance reports and BRAID logs.
  • Support the work of the PMO team, which includes understanding the PMO Playbook, supporting and reporting on projects and programmes, and ensuring adherence across the team.
  • Understand how the CPA2 contract is managed day-to-day with the Senior Contract Service Manager, ensuring goods and services are delivered to acceptable standards.
  • Monitor the change control log within for the contract and supporting correspondence with our customers.
