Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Principal Solutions Architect to join our Digital Transformation team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading high-value technical engagements, designing complex reference architectures, and driving partner co-sell innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will serve as the technical voice of the customer, bridging the gap between sophisticated solution design and compelling storytelling to convert demonstrations into long-term strategic partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Technical Solutioning: Design and deliver high-quality reference architectures, integration patterns, and solution blueprints tailored to complex enterprise needs.
- Drive Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner with Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and internal stakeholders to co-create innovative digital solutions and drive platform adoption.
- Ensure Architectural Excellence: Oversee the technical integrity of solution designs and Proofs of Concept (POCs) while ensuring alignment with organizational standards and industry regulations.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
- Expertise in Cloud Ecosystems: Proven track record of selling with or to major hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strategic Communication: Advanced ability to craft compelling technical narratives and conduct high-impact demos that drive deep customer engagement.
