Organizational Effectiveness Consultant ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Iron Mountain is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Effectiveness Consultant to join our Global Organizational Effectiveness team within the Human Resources function.
This role will be totally remote (home office work) when not travelling and you will be responsible for leading organization design, driving strategic workforce planning, and delivering actionable Human Resources data and analytics.
This role joins the growing Global Organizational Effectiveness team, which partners with business leaders to build a healthy, effective organization, proactively identify future workforce requirements, and equip leadership with accurate data for informed, strategic decisions.
Please note: flexibility to travel internationally will be required.
Travel anticipated 15 - 20% of the time.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will: Organization Design : Lead current state assessments and future state designs, including operating models and structures, in partnership with Human Resources Business Partners and business leaders.
Strategic Workforce Planning : Lead the workforce planning process for your client group and support the establishment of a robust, global workforce planning discipline.
