We are looking for an experienced and reliable MHE operator to join our Warehousing and Logistics team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse, contributing to the high standards our clients expect from Iron Mountain. THIS IS ON A 4 ON 4 OFF BASIS 6PM TO 6AM.

Your Role In Our Mission

  • Operating either Bendi, VNA, PPT, or CBT forklifts safely and efficiently to handle and store goods.
  • Moving and stacking pallets within narrow aisles to maximise storage capacity.
  • Conducting daily checks and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
  • Utilise pick lists to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Assisting with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts and inventory management.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines.

Valued Skills And Experience

  • A valid Bendi, VNA, PPT, or CBT forklift licence and proven experience operating MHE equipment.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse setting.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
