Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Stock and Inventory Manager to join our Warehousing and Logistics (W+L) team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Stock Controllers and delivering stock integrity, inventory strategy, and KPI management across all contracts. Based at Magna Park, Lutterworth, you will provide accurate insights and reports to senior management to facilitate the successful delivery of shared user services.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing inventory management team, overseeing customer stock takes, audits, and implementing a standardized audit program across UK sites.
  • Develop and manage detailed reports and trend analysis utilizing Root Cause and Corrective Action principles to provide actionable insights for operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with operations, clients, and key stakeholders to ensure Warehouse Management System (WMS) accuracy, maintain service level agreements (SLAs), and support customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with specific regulatory body standards, client requirements, and internal audit governance policies.
  • Proven experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience highly desirable.
  • Strong data analysis and critical thinking skills to quickly assess raw data, establish conclusions, and create impactful reports.
  • Proven ability in leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and foster a positive team culture.
