We are looking for an experienced and reliable warehouse operative to join our Warehousing and Logistics team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse, contributing to the high standards our clients expect from Iron Mountain.

Previous experience using MHE equipment would be essential for the role, we are particularly keen to speak with people who have VNA or PPT experience.

Shifts: Requirement to be flexible between operating hours, 6am to 10pm, Monday to Sunday.

Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth

Your role in our mission:

  • Utilise pick lists to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Assisting with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts and inventory management.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines.

Valued skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Previous experience using MHE equipment, VNA or PPT. In house or external licences are acceptable.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse setting.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
