As a DS Team Leader on the evening shift, you’ll drive the success of our Scanning Centre, partnering with the DS Supervisor to plan, monitor and optimise operations across Scanning, Indexing, Records Management and Storage.
You will lead, train and motivate the Digital Solutions team while managing shift rotas and performance appraisals to hit targets.
