  • Financial Oversight & Capital Budgeting: Lead annual facility-by-facility budget construction, monthly spend forecasting, and accurate expense accruals for an approximate $100M global facility management budget, while partnering to guide a $65M annual capital maintenance and $25M facility upgrade program.
  • Global Vendor & Service Delivery Management: Direct the quality of global service delivery with a focus on all locations outside of North America and Latin America, driving efficiency, handling inquiries from business leaders, and building collaborative partnerships with outsourced facility management partners.
  • Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Engagement: Partner closely with Regional Operations Leaders in EMEA and APAC to flawlessly deliver facility management services, capital responses, M&A integrations, and disaster recovery plans.
  • Sustainability & Energy Management: Drive carbon reduction and energy efficiency initiatives, managing utility budgeting, procurement, and forecasting alongside LED replacement projects, solar installations, and green Power Purchase Agreements to achieve public enterprise sustainability goals.
What You’ll Bring
  • Substantial experience of increasingly responsible facilities management and client-facing positions in a corporate real estate setting (in-house or vendor) and experience managing external teams.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial facilities, asset management, and budgeting, including an understanding of accruals for expenses in a public company.
  • Demonstrated global experience navigating international portfolios, specifically building highly collaborative partnerships with outsourced facility management partners.
  • University degree in engineering, facilities management, or equivalent technical subject is required (an advanced degree in a related or complementary field is strongly preferred).
  • Desirable professional licenses or certifications in related fields (such as CPM/CFM, PMP, and RFA certifications).
  • Excellent relationship-building, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills, with a willingness to travel 50% of the time.
What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with the experience.
  • Flexible work options and alternative work options, including remote/hybrid work environments, to support a harmonious work–life balance.
  • Comprehensive health, wellness, and retirement plans.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning, mentorship, and professional growth.
