JOB SUMMARY

Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist & Admin Coordinator to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members at our Bermondsey, Tower Bridge location. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing front desk activities, maintaining office organisation, and providing administrative support to various teams. This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and email inquiries.
  • Manage visitor logs and issue access passes as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate orders when needed.
  • Provide basic clerical support to teams, including data entry and filing.
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are presentable and organised.
  • Assist in preparing materials and refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Liaise with facilities management for repairs and maintenance issues.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally in a creative or professional environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
