Crozier is seeking a Project Coordinator in our Tower Bridge, London location to join our Art Services team. This role requires one day a week at our Hayes, Middlesex facility. Crozier is part of Iron Mountain Incorporated (NYSE: IRM), the global leader in innovative storage and information management services, storing and protecting billions of valued assets, including critical business information, highly sensitive data, and cultural and historical artifacts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with clients on their transport estimates, providing support on routing, customs requirements, and shipping solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Assist with European Shuttle delivery and schedules, ensuring optimal route planning and coordinating with drivers and clients for seamless cross-border transport of artworks.
- Arrange and prepare estimates for shipping and transport of artworks.
- Assist clients with queries using the internal manual of procedures for all operations.
- Complete the necessary paperwork for shipping, installation, un-installation, packing and transportation of artworks.
- Carry out all administration requirements, including updating systems, invoicing, packing and delivery notes and export instructions.
- Ensure paperwork is accurate for bonded stock and temporary admission.
- Arrange appropriate freight method including road, air and shipping.
- Liaise with case making facility in a timely manner.
- Arrange travel and accommodation requirements for technicians when required.
- Organise external materials when required using approved suppliers.
- Calculate crate requirements and book with the facility in a timely manner.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of shipping or transport procedures would be advantageous.
- A background in art logistics or comparable would be advantageous.
- IT Literate including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Customer services.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a pressured environment.
- Team player.
