Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Partner Development Manager to join our Digital Business Unit team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive partner strategy to drive revenue growth and manage high-value business outcomes within the European Public Sector and Healthcare Lifescience sectors. You will act as a bridge between Iron Mountain Sales and our strategic partners to ensure sustainable, long-term success.
What You’ll Do- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute joint business plans to create an incremental pipeline through Partnership vehicles and GTM activities.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Pre-sales teams to organize joint sales calls and align on GTM plays to accelerate SaaS revenue.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure all partner engagements and lead generation activities comply with organizational standards while managing forecasting and visibility within SFDC.
- 3-5 years of experience in technology sales, specifically positioning SaaS and digital solutions within large, complex accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Agentic & Generative AI, Intelligent Document Processing, and the Hyperscaler ecosystem.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management across highly matrixed global organizations and a track record of success with Fortune 100 level customers.
- Industry expertise in the Public Sector, or Healthcare Lifescience sectors.
- Ability to travel (25%).
