Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering manufacturing excellence and first-class performance standards across the total supply chain while ensuring legislative compliance and financial target achievement. You will drive the strategic agenda through the effective use of people, processes, and technology.
What You’ll Do
- Lead operational excellence by developing and implementing a balanced SPECQS (Safety, People, Environment, Cost, Quality, & Service) contract to deliver first-class performance standards.
- Collaborate with the wider team and internal stakeholders to develop best practices across sites and drive specific agenda items across regional factories.
- Ensure legislative compliance and adherence to organizational policies for all products and facilities, while implementing lean techniques to drive excellence in execution.
