Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our Healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating net new sales and revenue by engaging accounts within the Public and Private Healthcare vertical. You will own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, while identifying customer needs and achieving defined sales quota targets within an assigned book of business.
What You’ll Do- Own the full sales cycle for transactional opportunities within assigned Enterprise accounts, ensuring all sales quota targets are met through effective lead qualification and closing.
- Maintain consistent outreach by executing outbound prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives to build and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
- Lead negotiation processes and relationship building to ensure pricing, profitability, and SLAs meet expectations while aligning business strategies with key decision-makers.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance by tracking all activities in Salesforce and staying updated on organizational standards, products, and industry trends.
- Proven track record in sales negotiation, with a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and smoothly guide prospects through to deal closure.
- Public sector Sales experience.
- Experience in proactive prospecting, including cold calling and scheduling meetings to consistently fill a sales pipeline in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong ability to uncover client needs, utilizing probing questions to assess decision‑making processes, budget constraints, and project timelines.
- Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage leads, track sales activity, and provide accurate outcome forecasting.
