Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated E‑commerce Sales Manager to join our Asset Lifecycle Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving online revenue growth, optimizing the digital customer experience, and leading cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless e‑commerce operations.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall brand vision and growth goals.
- Lead and develop the e‑commerce product listing team, ensuring goals, KPIs, and budgets are met.
- Lead and develop the e‑commerce customer support team, focusing on responsiveness, customer satisfaction and customer retention.
- Oversee and optimize all omni‑channel sales initiatives and the platforms that support them.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns which increase traffic, conversions, and customer engagement.
- Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and shipping workflows, collaborating with operations teams.
- Work closely with the quality team to uphold product standards and support strong customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory lifecycle and sell‑through performance, providing clear reporting to ensure key KPIs stay on target.
- Coordinate with IT and web development teams to optimize platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Ensure strategic prioritization of resources with a strong financial focus to drive profit growth.
- Analyze traffic, sales metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends, forecast sales, and optimize conversion rates.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in e‑commerce or online sales roles, with a track record of managing digital growth.
- Strong technical knowledge of e‑commerce platforms and marketplaces, such as Shopify, Linnworks, Amazon, eBay, Back Market, and Refurbed.
- Advanced analytical and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to interpret data, forecast sales, and manage complex projects across departments.
- Strategic thinking with tactical execution ability.
- Cross‑functional collaboration and leadership experience.
- Experience of change management and process improvement.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital Commerce, or a related field preferred.
