Responsibilities
Have 2 + years of experience with sign/vinyl installation with experience in documenting measurements clearly and precisely for production teams, recording site photos and notes to support measurement reports, with the capability to identify potential installation challenges and recommend solutions.
Proficient in vinyl cutting, weeding, and application.
Install vinyl wall graphics, wraps, and decals with precision and attention to detail, interpreting layouts, drawings, and design specifications on-site.
Prepare and clean wall surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of vinyl materials.
Fabricate, assemble, and install vinyl signage components according to design specifications.
Use hand and power tools safely to trim, shape, and apply vinyl to various surfaces.
Follow all safety procedures and comply with industry regulations during installation and manufacturing processes.
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, design and production teams to ensure accurate and timely project completion.
Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting vinyl materials and finished signs as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper care of tools and equipment.
Knowledge in operating and maintaining large format printers (e.g., Cannon, Roland, Mimaki) and understanding the printing processes/colour management theories highly are advantageous. Alongside knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office would be a distinct advantage.
