Responsibilities
- Lead strategic warehouse operations and financial planning by monitoring performance metrics, preparing budgets, managing P&L contracts, and implementing continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders, facility management, and business development to ensure operational integration, support succession planning, and build client/vendor relationships.
- Ensure strict compliance with warehouse safety protocols, quality control procedures, and environmental regulations through regular audits, inspections, and monitoring of customer‑specific requirements.
- Oversee and manage a shared user or dedicated customer operation, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and contractual P&L tracking.
- Lead a team of warehouse Team Leaders and manage operating budgets.
- Utilize data‑driven insights to optimize overall facility performance and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Commercial experience in warehouse management, preferably within a 3PL, e‑commerce, or high‑volume distribution environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control methodologies, safety regulations, and environmental compliance standards.
- Proven ability in data‑driven leadership, team coaching, and cost management to analyze metrics, indicate trends, and manage diverse teams under high‑pressure priorities.
