Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Workforce Coordinator to serve as a key partner to the operation and Iron Mountain Centres of Excellence (CoEs). This role provides guidance, coaching, and oversight on operational people matters, including performance management, ethics investigations, and continuous improvement programs. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will play a critical part in fostering a compliant, high-performing, and respectful workplace culture across contracts and various locations.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)
- Provide first-line triage for grievance and complaints, using mediation and problem-solving skills to prevent matters from escalating before escalating serious matters to central resources.
- Support people leaders by managing coaching and development on Iron Mountain policies, procedures, and CoEs, ensuring alignment with global standards and strategic goals.
- Create and deliver reports and presentations to senior management and clients on key people metrics, including headcount, absence, attrition, and local competition.
- Facilitate clear lines of communication regarding Iron Mountain engagement and opportunities with frontline employees and customers.
- Foster and help maintain strong relationships with on-site recruitment agencies to align expectations on service delivery and the temporary labor worker experience.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
- Proven experience in Leadership & Coaching, specifically in developing leaders and providing guidance on employee issues while fostering an inclusive team culture.
- Strong experience in Employee Relations & Risk Management, including advising local teams on employee matters and demonstrating strong judgment in guiding others to effectively manage risk.
- Basic Employment Law Knowledge with the proven ability to lead and advise teams across multiple sites, applying knowledge of regional practices and UK employment laws.
- Demonstrated ability to positively support complex change and fast-paced growth (Project Management & Organisational Agility).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across diverse cultures (Cross-Cultural Communication & Influence).
