Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Shift Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of daily shift operations in a cost-effective, safe, and productive manner. You will oversee team performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure that customer expectations and budgetary service levels are consistently achieved. This role operates a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, 6am to 6am.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

  • Lead and manage daily warehouse shift operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in accordance with production schedules and quality standards.
  • Drive team performance and resource optimization by coaching team members, managing schedules, and monitoring KPIs to improve operational efficiency and control costs.
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and security standards through regular workspace inspections, equipment maintenance tracking, and adherence to company protocols.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

  • Proven experience managing a team within a fast-paced warehouse or logistics distribution environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), Microsoft Office, and standard warehouse health, safety, and security regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability in leadership and problem-solving, with excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to maintain high on-site employee engagement.
  • Ability to multi-task and respond to situations quickly.
