Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse First Line Manager to join our Operations Group team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse operatives to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate daily operations.
Our operations team is dedicated to maintaining high standards of productivity and inventory accuracy while seamlessly managing inbound and outbound activities in a collaborative working environment.
What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)In this role, you will: Supervise, coach, and support warehouse personnel by preparing shift plans, allocating tasks, and overseeing daily warehouse operations to meet productivity and quality goals.
Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and transport providers to act as the primary liaison, managing customer escalations and creating handover reports.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations by conducting daily safety checks, managing weekly system tests for fire alarms, and leading incident investigations.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)The ideal candidate will have: Intermediate-level experience with established skills in effectively managing and motivating fast-paced warehouse teams.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, stock control processes, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and health and safety regulations.
Proven ability in organizational multitasking, problem-solving, and exercising sound judgment under moderate supervision.
Demonstrated competency and training in using warehouse management systems, planning tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
