  • Supervising a team, ensuring productivity and compliance with SOPs
  • Investigating and resolving queries and anomalies discovered during the course of routine work and reporting these to the Ops Manager
  • In conjunction with the Ops Manager, mentoring and developing the team, addressing any performance issues and escalating as required
  • Providing timely feedback to the Ops Manager
  • Ensuring compliance within operations processes
  • Assisting with facility management, escalating issues as required
  • Ensuring that the team achieve all productivity targets, and managing team members who fall short of the targets to meet the targets in the future
  • Managing the team to ensure that all SLA’s are met on a daily basis
  • Creating Daily work plans and assigning jobs to team members
