Iron Mountain is seeking an strategic Design Manager to join our EMEA Design and Construction team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the end-to-end design delivery for critical data centre construction projects across key European markets like London, Amsterdam, Madrid, and Frankfurt. Working closely with multidisciplinary experts and external consultants, your work ensures our high-performance infrastructure meets exact engineering standards while directly supporting our expanding digital footprint. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Lead third-party design consultants: Manage external design teams to deliver mission-critical data centre facilities that align with global specifications. Drive cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal construction, finance, sales, and operations teams to execute fit-out programs and validate business pursuit opportunities.
