We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Gallery Services team in London.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage client relationships and provide tailored solutions for transport, installation, and storage requirements
  • Coordinate schedules, route planning, and logistics to ensure seamless handling of artworks and high‑value objects
  • Prepare estimates for shipping, storage, and transportation services
  • Support client enquiries and operational processes in line with internal procedures
  • Complete and maintain accurate documentation for shipping, packing, installation, de‑installation, and storage
  • Manage administration tasks including invoicing, inventory checks, and system updates
  • Coordinate crate requirements and liaise with facilities teams
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and external suppliers for technicians and project requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in shipping, transport, art logistics, or a related field is advantageous
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
