Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to join our Digital Business Unit (DBU) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new organic growth and end-to-end ownership of revenue by designing and modelling complex technical solutions leveraging modern data architecture. You will act as a strategic leader for key pursuits, identifying customer challenges and delivering innovative Information, Content, and Data Management solutions.
What You'll Do
- Drive the strategic sales process by researching prospects, generating new leads, and providing solution configuration recommendations and architectural diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Pilot/Proof of Concept (POC) projects and present solution overviews and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards while creating SOWs, quotes, and contracts, and maintaining proficiency in TCO and ROI modelling.
What You'll Bring
- Commercial experience in technical solution design, architecture, and modelling within the digital transformation or SaaS domain.
- Deep expertise in solution development including scanning, OCR, ICR, and Enterprise Software for structured and unstructured data management.
- Proven ability in consultative solution approaches, with a strong background in pre-sales processes and technology-focused solution selling.
- Relevant industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect.
