Iron Mountain is seeking an exceptional Director, Global Campaigns to lead a new era of marketing excellence. This pivotal role within our Global Marketing function offers the chance to build groundbreaking, industry-leading campaigns. If you’re a strategic leader who uses data to drive results, you’ll be the architect of our global demand campaign process, shaping how we connect with customers across our records management, digital solutions, and Asset Life Management (ALM) businesses. You’ll blend vision with execution, collaborating with leaders worldwide to craft annual campaign plans and empower global field marketing teams.

Your role in our mission:

  • Lead the transformation of our demand generation campaigns, shifting from a product-centric approach to a truly global, integrated campaign strategy.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution for our top-tier global launches and integrated campaigns (e.g., Digital Transformation, Workplace Transformation, Data & IT Security, ESG).
  • Collaborate with business units to develop comprehensive campaign briefs, identifying key markets, personas, and use cases to address higher-level customer challenges and commercial objectives.
  • Oversee the development of strategic campaign responses with agency partners, including messaging frameworks and creative toolkits for seamless global deployment.
  • Partner closely with global field marketing teams to ensure effective campaign execution, including timing plans, media strategies, content alignment, and budget commitment.
  • Establish and manage a robust reporting model and dashboard to track campaign success, media performance, and creative metrics, driving continuous optimization.

Valued skills and experience:

  • Numerous years of progressive marketing experience, with significant leadership and global campaign management responsibilities.
  • Proven expertise in B2B demand generation and comprehensive campaign management within a global enterprise setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement integrated campaign strategies across diverse business units and geographies.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven marketing, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing and motivating cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications; an MBA is preferred.
