We are looking for a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Centre Specialist to join our team. This role is central to the storage, retrieval, and transportation of sensitive customer media. You will play a key part in daily warehouse operations, including picking, storing, and delivering items, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and operational excellence.
Your role in our mission:
- Pick and stage customer media accurately for scheduled deliveries and returns
- Store incoming media from daily routes efficiently and safely in designated vaults
- Lift, carry, and transport media containers manually or with carts/barrows as needed
- Operate vehicles for scheduled delivery and pick-up routes when required
- Complete and maintain accurate paperwork including delivery receipts, activity logs, and signatures
- Maintain vault organization and cleanliness to company standards
Valued skills and experience:
- Full, clean UK driving license with strong driving record
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- PC literate with the ability to use scanners and mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures accurately
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and bank holidays as needed
