We're looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team in Corby, playing a key role in coordinating inbound and outbound logistics operations and ensuring the seamless movement of goods across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure the timely movement of goods.
- Manage inventory levels to maintain an efficient and reliable supply of products and materials.
- Oversee warehousing and transportation processes to support operational requirements.
- Control the end-to-end flow of goods, including receiving, storage, location management and dispatch.
- Support sourcing and purchasing activities to ensure the availability of raw materials, component parts and finished goods.
- Monitor and optimise inventory levels to balance customer demand with operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with inventory control procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to improve logistics performance and resolve supply chain issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs and enhance service levels.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Transport manager CPC qualification
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience coordinating transportation and inventory control activities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using ERP or warehouse management systems being advantageous.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
