Job summary
In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and retrieval of records within our warehouse environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records management processes while maintaining a safe and organised workspace.
Your role in our mission
- Accurately receive, process, and store incoming records and materials in accordance with company procedures.
- Retrieve and prepare records at height in high racking systems, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Assist in maintaining an organised and clean warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise operational efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients with their records management needs.
